Journalist and reporter, Paschal Sheehy walks the Kerry Head, beginning and finishing his journey at Ballyheigue beach. He also strolls through the forests of Glanageenty, where he is met by John Lenihan, the man who designed the walk.

Journalist and reporter Paschal Sheehy has chosen to walk and cycle two routes in his native Couty Kerry. Paschals's second route is just a few miles East of Tralee and is one of several looped woodland walks in the Glannageenty area. This walk is aboout 4km long along forest paths and slight mountainous terrain. Paschal's guide is one of the walk's unders, John Lenihan. As the walk climbs some of the most spectacualr views in County kerry are reveled. After the climb the route descends back to the luxurious woodland,and finshes back with some traditional music in a local pub.
