In this programme, we travel south with Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin in Co.Mayo to the beautiful Mullet peninsula. In this first hike, Aoibhinn has decided to cycle the 16km from Belmullet to blacksod from where she will then walk the 9km around the loop of Fallmore. As part of her cycle Aoibhinn will reach Elly Bay, a fantastic Blue Flag beach.
