Outdoor adventurer, author and influencer Roz Purcell, loves to walk the trails of Co.Wicklow and she sets out to discover two new trails to her, in this episode. Wicklow is one of Ireland’s most beautiful counties, criss-crossed by a network of well marked trails.
This second walk is along the lush Avonmore way from Trooperstown forest along the Wicklow lowlands to Avondale near Rathdrum. Roz gets to bathe her senses when she learns about Forest Bathing and she spends some time with an expert forager.
